We are a cashless school
As a school we use the Arbor platform to administer payments for all school dinners and trips/visitor payments. We would like to invite all of our parents/carers to download the Arbor Parent App (available from Playstore (Android) and Appstore (Iphone.) Alternatively, you can click the link below to access Arbor from your web browser.
Logging in for the first time
- We use the email address that you provided us with when you completed your admission form. Please inform us if your email address has changed.
- If it is your first time using the portal, you will need to enter your email address then press ‘Forgot your password.’
- You will then be sent an email from Arbor to reset your password, you can then use your email address and new password to sign in.
- You will then need to select ‘Hethersett Woodside’ as your chosen school, and input your child’s date of birth to link your account to their profiles.Â
- You will then be able use the Arbor Parent App or Web Browser Portal to make payments. If you have more than one child at our school, you will be able to switch between their profiles to make payments.
